BACKGROUND.
While there are several incubators, start-up support organizations, small business supporters and advisers out there, many focus their offerings and services on businesses that plan to build something that can grow exponentially and eventually be sold for a lot of money. However, many female entrepreneurs start businesses with different goals in mind than building an empire. They start their companies so they can have the freedom, flexibility and fulfillment they need while keeping their families as a top priority. The support, mentoring, collaborating and advising that these female entrepreneurs need is much harder to find when they don't fit into the traditional "startup" or "entrepreneur" molds.
That's why the FemPreneur Summit was created!
